Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not,              to him it is sin.” (Jas 4:17).

Every woman has the freedom to choose whether to live out God’s purpose and designed role for her respective life or decide to go the way of the world. There is reward and judgment for either way or path you chose to follow.

Decision determines the destiny of every man and woman, our choices set where we spend eternity.

Traditionally, women in general love to pursue the pleasure of life, the leisure of living, the passion of romance, the fad and trends of fashion, the pursuit of beauty and love, and the ecstasy of reveling, dancing, partying, and the joyful good life.

However, beyond these material drives and pursuits, it is expected of every woman that they embrace their God-given mission and calling to be wives and mothers with genuine salvation as children of God. This is lasting freedom.

And I will walk at liberty: for I seek thy precepts.”

“If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.” (Psa 119:45; Joh 8:36).

Women who pursue femininity, woman freedom and gender equality with too much focus on their bodies and feminine vulgarity turn out to become slaves to these ends, while losing out on individual liberty, personal dignity, and moral values.

Jesus Christ has set mankind free from all his iniquities through His blood that was shed at Calvary for the redemption of all men. Only through Christ can men be perfectly liberated from all woes and challenges of life.

Therefore, stand firm in the love and assurances of God through Christ, and be not encumbered any more by any yoke of slavery defending one gender against another.

The freedom and liberty to be who you aspire to be,

to do what you intend to do, invent or create,

to go wherever you desire to go, and

to attain whatever level of achievement you hope to attain in life is a great privilege of the human being and an inalienable right of all citizens in a truly democratic society.

As articulated in his State of the Union speech before the United States Congress on January 6, 1941, President Franklin D. Roosevelt enunciated what is commonly known as The Four Freedoms.

The Four Freedoms contains fundamental policy of the United States against raging threats from on-going world war across the continents in the eastern hemisphere to the United States and other democracies across the world.

Breaking free from America’s old tradition of non-interventionism, President Roosevelt extended helping hands to democratic nations allied to the United States that were caught up in the world war quagmire of the time.

In doing this, President Roosevelt proposed to the Congress the four fundamental freedoms that people “everywhere in the world” ought to enjoy. These are:

  1. Freedom of speech
  2. Freedom of worship
  3. Freedom from want
  4. Freedom from fear

While the Constitution of the United States of America and her Bill of Rights guarantees freedom of speech and freedom of worship to the citizen, despite the fact that the nation has the obligation to defend herself against the fear of attack from enemies, and provide her people against want with adequate economic programs and packages, freedom from fear and liberation from want are largely dependent upon the decisions and choices made by the citizen.

Freedom and liberty to be what you can be, to do what you like to do, is a great privilege that also places the responsibility upon the individual to be cautious of his liberty so as not to flout God’s commandments and incur His wrought, or impinge on the rights and privileges of others with incalculable consequences.

Whether it was legislated, decreed, or not, it matters little fighting over religious freedom if one is in the right faith. The Almighty God ever remains the final arbiter in every affair, action and inaction of man.

He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?” (Mic 6:8).

A personal encounter with the Lord God is possible for all humans, and is fundamental to the intimate relationship and appropriate religious experience for the Jew and the Gentile, for the Greek and the barbarian.

Joy is the scriptural lifestyle that leads to steady progress and fulfillment as a child of God. As a Christian, life trials and challenges should not blur your heavenly vision to live a fruitful and fulfilled Christian life.

Do not allow the reactions of people to control and cancel the vision you have. Rather, rejoice during persecution, maintain the heavenly vision and make progress in the service of God.

Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision: At midday, O king, I saw in the way a light from heaven, above the brightness of the sun, shining round about me and them which journeyed with me.

And when we were all fallen to the earth, I heard a voice speaking unto me, and saying in the Hebrew tongue, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.

And I said, Who art thou, Lord? And he said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest.

But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee;

Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee,

To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.” (Act 26:19, 13-18).

Conversion from sin is one of the greatest experiences you can ever have because the true convert can give a reason of his hope and a good account of the change manifest in him.

Habit, social expectations, upbringing, guilt, affliction, persecution, oppression and sheer need to seek a higher power than the limited human capabilities may lead different kinds of people into religion.

Sheer religion and mere worship without salvation can never suffice or lift any human into the true presence of God in worship and communion.

It is an encounter with Christ into proper faith that leads to the realization of one’s sinfulness, confessions of sins, repentance from those sins, renouncement of sinful lifestyle, and acceptance of Jesus Christ that makes you a Christian.

Saul of Tarsus, later known as Apostle Paul, was made a Christian by Divine power; by a revelation of Christ both to him and in him, when he was still in the full career of his sin.

While democratic values dictates our inalienable rights and freedom of worship, it is not enough for men and women to have their eyes opened to what is right and wrong, we must have our hearts renewed.

It is not enough to recognize evil deeds and immorality in society, people must willingly turn from satanic darkness to the marvelous light of God through Christ.

Though we live in a material age when society no longer exerts the pressure it once did to believe in God, when many people are more apt to claim ‘I’m not religious’, yet a world that lies in wickedness must be sanctified and reformed.

While, to a limit, one has the liberty to dress, to strip, to wear, and not to wear clothing in public and in private, according to law, a higher judgment and divine censorship is hanging upon whosoever allow his or her nakedness to tempt others to lust.

This is the oddity of nudity.

No life can be lived, even the lives of atheists and agnostics, outside the tenets and commandments of God, who created all things, and who gives life to all.

Therefore, whatsoever we do should be with submissive dependence on God.

Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh!” (Mat 18:7).

Eternal judgment of God awaits believers as well as unbelievers whose commissions and omissions fall short of the good conscience God the Creator has placed in men and women as a good guide unto righteousness, even if their conscience has become seared with hot iron to tilt unto evil and iniquities.

“He that does not the good he knows should be done, as well as he who does the evil he knows should not be done, will be condemned.”

Without doubt, women have done a lot to shape the world we live in today. How on earth could our world be human and humane without women?

Quite unthinkable!

Nevertheless, there is the persistent campaign to improve the rights of women.

There are many women of grace and honor in the Bible. Their exemplary lifestyle shpuld be emulated by anyone who hope to impact the feminine gender.

Mary, the mother of our Lord, Mary Magdalene, Elizabeth, mother of John the Baptist, Deborah, the Judge, Ruth the Moabite, Queen Esther, were among the remarkable Bible women.

On the other side were devilish and wicked women such as Jezebel, the wife of King Ahab, a fatale feminine, a shameless idolater, Herodias, the ex-wife of Herod’s brother who betrayed her husband and eloped with Herod the governor.

There were others. There was Delilah, and Potiphera, the flirtatious wife of Egyptian leader Potiphar, and many others such as many foreign wives and concubines of King Solomon, who turned away his heart after other gods.

From Eve to Lot’s wife, between Nefertiti and Cleopatra, and from little Anne Frank to Sojourner Truth, women have always displayed qualities which equaled their male counterparts, and sometimes surpassed them.

Nevertheless, campaign to improve the rights of women remains a fodder for women activists, campaigners, and feminists.

With or without agitations and protests, the truth remains that God who created us made us male and female, with peculiar purpose and plan for each gender to excel within the roles and duties assigned to us as men or women.

Hillary Rodham Clinton as a woman of substance has done so much and achieved great mileage in life, career, politics, social services, and in public works and presence than many million men put together.

Yet, some women activists are still clamoring for her to shatter the glass ceiling.

Leadership is not until a woman of substance leads all men and women of her country. All women are the governesses of their homes, and the darling wives of their husbands.

Great women have been to space as astronauts, pilots, engineers, inventors, creative managers and executives, business moguls, while still taking very good care of husband, children, and family, yet equaling the very best of men.

Sadly, many women celebrities have no home to govern in the first instance, and brags about in nudity and naked dressing as female celebrities empowering other women.

Contemporary social menace against God’s plan for love, marriage, and general human relationship has led to broken homes, disintegrated families, and disorganized societies.

Lo, this only have I found, that God hath made man upright; but they have sought out many inventions.” (Ecc 7:29).

The rat race nowadays of some women celebrities, and a long retinue of other categories of women, and men, is to grab the honor they have lost at home from cheap followership and shifting and unsustainable followership in social media.

Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram can never give you what you fail to build in the home as a virtuous wife and mother. All women are made honorable homemakers, the bad ones turns out as home-wreckers.

Which one are you?

To patch up their images, to create awareness, and whip up whatever kind of positive or negative caricature of themselves, and stir up continuous mentioning in the media, these celebrities stir up the media by dressing half-naked, completely naked, or pushing their naked photographs for the world to see.

There is nowadays too much rude stuff and nakedness on social media, sexual vulgarity, cheap pornography in the open, presented by just anybody, but very surprisingly by those regarded as celebrities in the society.

Women Nudity, nakedness, stripping naked on stage, posing naked in magazines, and appearing nude in social media does not in any way add value to womanhood or femininity.

Rather it is an utter disgrace to the naked woman in particular, disrespect to womanhood in general, and great disservice to femininity.

You really do not need such lowly cleavages, vulgar body languages, bare bum and nakedness to entice a man to like you or sensible fans to follow you.

It is all shame, a sham, another odious ridiculous treatment of the human body.

Some women would dress almost naked, others half-naked, and some others stark naked with nothing to cover the human body, in the name of feminism, woman empowerment, sexual equality and human or women rights!

Who do some women think they are?

What are some women thinking about, that they appear to the whole world in utter nakedness?

It is so sad many ladies and girls would like to be the “darling girl” by climbing “the ladder of success wrong by wrong, whereas, “the beauty of a woman is not in a facial mode but the true beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul.”

The beauty of a woman is etched gracefully in “the caring that she lovingly gives, in the passion that she shows, and the good godly virtues she upholds.

The exemplary woman is a woman of character, virtue, and substance.

Our contemporary world requires frontline feminists to be self-made women of ambition, discipline, dedication, focus and genuine fear of God .

When virtue and modesty enlighten her charms, the lustre of a beautiful woman is brighter than the stars of heaven, and the influence of her power it is in vain to resist.

There are characters and virtues which clearly indicate the fact that one is a woman, and polishing those virtues and characteristics enhances a woman’s positive image while increasing her femininity and womanly qualities.

The world has had the privilege of great women leaders such as Golda Meir, Indira Gandhi, Margaret Thatcher, Benazir Bhutto, Angela Merkel, Rosa Park, Madame Curie, Aung Sang Suu Kyi, Hillary Clinton, Florence Nightingale, and many more.

As parents, we pray for our children and family.

We pray for our daughters to grow up empowered in sound career and ethics, and never to be one of those women who define themselves by their looks and flirtatious stances.

We pray for our girls to bear true qualities, characters and virtues that make them intelligent, strong, focused, responsible, and godly christian women.

I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.

Nowadays you need to pray that your wife and daughter are not caught up in the craze and maniac fad to strip in public, to pose nude in the pages of magazines or on social media, while other ladies are doing better worthy things in life.

March 7, 1984, Jerry Levin, Beirut Bureau Chief of Cable News Network, CNN, was kidnapped by militia men in West Beirut, Lebanon.

Sis Levin, the darling loving dutiful wife of the kidnapped journalist, went through a lot of odds, challenges, difficulties to share the struggle for faith with Jerry, while he was kept away in the uncertain world of the terrorists.

From this crisis, Sis Levin learned the lessons of hope, and did the best she could, shuttling and shunting in prayers and meditations between the United States of America and the Middle East, to bring freedom to her kidnaped husband.

Despite being a resolutely strong woman who went all lengths to ensure that her beloved husband was rescued, Sis Levin did much more than a thousand men of might and valor in accepting the challenges with love, until her husband was triumphantly rescued alive.

Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.” “Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;” (Eph 5:22,25).

The homemaking quality of a woman does not make her inferior to the husband who often goes out to seek support and income for his household.  Rather, it is the woman’s homemaking prowess that brings warmth and love to the entire family in times of difficulty or challenge, disaster or happiness.

Through her feminine endowment of hospitality, the woman garners acceptance, goodness and recognition for her family by their neighbors and the larger society.

The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil.

She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life.” (Pro 31:11,12).

It was January 1987, four American lecturers of the Lebanese American University in Beirut, Lebanon, were kidnapped from campus at gunpoint.

As the Graduate Assistant to Professor Robert Polhill, one of the kidnapped college professors, I raced to his apartment in the wee hours of the following day to commiserate with his wife,  , Ferial Seikley.

In the midst of our meeting came the famous BBC Middle East correspondent, Jim Meier, in whose interview, Ferial Seikley, declared to the whole world that she would pray, fast, and work hard by the leading of God till her husband was rescued.

With her strong resolve and by standing in the gap for her husband in time of crisis, Ferial Seikley’s prayers and unflinching efforts were fruitful as her husband regained freedom in April 1990, after 39 months in captivity.

Historically, God created the woman as a helpmeet to the man, not just as wife for conjugal pleasure and satisfaction, for motherhood and domestic affairs only, but as a supporting shield and defending partner to watch his back, while he also watches her back in the battle of life.

God did not create the body of the female gender for protest or prostitution, but as a helpmeet to the male gender, for fruitfulness in marriage, for procreation, motherhood and support to her own husband within the context of the family.

Mata Hari tried to find happiness anyhow, and pleased herself when she brought carefree provocative style to her stage act. Initially, it garnered wide acclaim as nudity became the peak and most celebrated aspect of her shows.

She would progressively shed off her clothing on stage until she become completely nude, save only for just a jeweled brassiere and some ornaments.

She sought for joy, thought she got happiness and satisfaction, but later discovered that earthly gains and worldly allurements always end up in sorrow and sadness.

Women without a reverential fear of God, women who chose not to be chaste, virtuous and faithful to God, and women without regard to whatever the watching public may feel about their undue exposure and overexposure of intricate body parts and sections, became handy tools utilized to popularize and widespread the bikini into mainstream women wear as early as the 1960s.

Raquel Welch raised the level of the bikini to a high crescendo when she posed in a fur bikini in the movie ‘One Million Years B.C.’, and her only three lines performance in the movie became the most desired part of the whole film.

Popular women figures and leading feminist activists usually claim that the liberation of women from the tyranny of a male-dominated culture was responsible for making the bikini generally accepted amongst women, but this is not the whole truth.

The greatest dream for a woman is to have a lovely home, godly family, and be a mother, a blessed predestination.

Happiness is like jam, you can’t spread even a little without getting some on yourself. A woman always makes her home the very way it is.

What kind of a home is your home, Madame?

Women preaching nudity, naked dress sense, and sleazy wears in the name of women liberation are devoid of true happiness and life’s inner peace, though they are famous, sexy, and vocal, but very loud lewd women without the real virtues.

These are women who like to feel sexy and seek to project their sexuality to attract fame, position and power for their selfish personal purposes.

And, from such women, you should turn away!

The hope of any decent woman is God-ordained supportive roles for women in serving the Lord, His Church, and gaining their greatest joy and sense of accomplishment from being virtuous wives and dutiful mothers.

Only in Scripture can God’s intended design for women be found.

Unlike the Marilyn Monroe, the Brigitte Bardot, the Raquel Welch, or the Elizabeth Taylor of this world, the true woman is liberated to seek and find freedom in Christ Jesus.

The truly good woman lives a sanctified life, is a self-controlled godly wife, keeping the home, raising godly children, and zealously seeking to fulfill biblical motherhood role through Christ rather than by agitations and protest.

If I could give you information of my life, it would be to show how a woman of very ordinary ability has been led by God in strange and unaccustomed paths to do In His service what He has done in her.

And if I could tell you all, you would see how God has done all, and I nothing.”(Florence Nightingale).

Ours is a worldly, sinful, wicked, wild world, and you must be victorious, triumphant, and successful, in the way of God, despite the odds.

https://www.scribd.com/word/document_edit/359338206/permission

Despite the declining numbers, Christianity remains the dominant religion, but how being victorious in the Christian race is the ultimate goal of genuine Christian adherents.

To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.” (Rev 3:21).

Christianity is all about mankind having a perfect understanding of the truth that “The Lord is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.” Genuine Christians have indeed come into this repentance, and marching in faith through God’s marvelous grace as Pilgrims unto Heaven..

The love of God for man is so great, proven by offering His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, and that whosoever believe might be saved, and not perish in this life.

Unfortunately, lukewarm-ness and doubt has engulfed Christianity in the modern world to the point that Christian power as of old and the fire of the Gospel remains threatened from time to time.

It is not as if Satan, the devil, and the world can win or overcome the power, the purpose and the plan of God, NO, Never, but many Soldiers of the Cross are lukewarm, lethargic, indolent, and are neither hot nor cold to contend for the faith once delivered to the Saints.

The naked church in the Bible is Laodicea, a so-called Christian assembly or fellowship filled with unsaved church members whose souls are closely knit to the world, fixated on worldliness, and its sinful nakedness.

These church people say with their mouth that they are of Christ but are not born again in their soul, neither are they covered in their heart with Christ’s robe of righteousness.

The lukewarm churches in Laodicea are worldly churches, not part of the spiritual Church of Christ.

Therefore they dress like the world in its fads and fashion, live like the world in its materialistic pursuit and desire, speak like the world in its sinful terms and filthy language, supporting the sinful causes of the world rather than the Gospel Truth of Christ.

From such, turn away!

Standing upon His Truth and His promises alone, being on your guards against false teachers and heresies, you will surely win the battle over the devil and the world, and secure your victory in a sinful world.

Unfortunately, lukewarm attitude has eaten deep into the lives of so-called believers who are famously known as Christians but lack the transforming power of the Gospel of Christ.

It is the duty of Christian ministers, preachers, teachers, mentors and the general Christian laity to consistently point the world and sinners to Christ by their character, their lifestyle, and the virtues they project to the world at large.

A godly mentor models Christ’s character, and leads the world to Christ and the Gospel truth, teaching us to completely surrender our will and desires to God’s will for eternal gain and glory.

And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.” (Act 11:26).

Christ’s true Disciples are people who had made the firm decision with serious thought to embraces the religion of Christ, to uphold His faith, to believe His promises, and make His calling their chief ministry in life.

It is very sad and disappointing that big names in Christianity and high office holders in the visible church and large Christian assemblies are hobnobbing with worldly systems, opening and brazenly playing with the fire of the anti-Christ.

But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains:” (Mar 13:14).

The church in Laodicean era is lukewarm and suffering from a serious spiritual malady, and only Jesus Christ, the great sin Physician, with a complete and perfect healing remedy, can provide adequate panacea.

The church in Laodicea era is the church of the present modern age which is rich and prosperous in material things but bankrupt spiritually.

And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted unto heaven, shalt be brought down to hell: for if the mighty works, which have been done in thee, had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day.

But I say unto you, That it shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom in the day of judgment, than for thee.” (Mat 11:23,24).

The church in modern era has greater light as a result of expansion of knowledge and advancement of technology to reach further and wider than the time of the Apostles and early believers.

Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:” (Rev 3:17).

There can be no greater sin than self-deception.

Christians in the Laodicean era boast of wealth, health, prosperity, power, popularity, wide acceptability, great membership and followership, and big churches and cathedral.

But, in actual fact these lukewarm Christians and assemblies are “wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked”. Nothing else in life can be so offensive to man and God, dangerous to the human soul, as pride and self-sufficiency.

There is no stronger delusion than that which makes men believe that they are righteous and accepted of God, while at the same time they are sinning against Him, and are in a deplorable spiritual condition.

Rather than exhort Lesbians and Homosexuals to repent and turn to Christ, Pope Francis is urging the church to accept gays, lesbians, same-sex marriages and the LGBT community.

The Church of England is no longer the strong defender of the Faith of Christ and hard-core biblical doctrines anymore.

Why is the Anglican Communion sympathizing with sinners such as gays and homosexuals, rather than come out to condemn the sin and preach the sinners into repentance?

What kind of Christian leader does one make of Archbishop Desmond Tutu, outspoken critic of the apartheid regime in South Africa, who declares, ‘I’d pick hell over an anti-Gay Heaven’.

Is he an Archbishop in the church of Christ or the church of this world?

This world may approve and accept lesbianism and homosexuals a million times over, but the Bible and the Word of God condemn it as abomination, and that is it!

Many Christians nowadays are evolving into modernity while moving away from the life and teachings of Christ, the doctrines of the faith entrenched in the Bible and committed to the Apostles and early fathers.

Prince, the “Purple Rain” musician, is rated to be probably the most famous Jehovah Witness member.

Katherine Jackson, matriarch of the Jackson family, mother of the old Jackson Five band boys is reputed to have raised all her children in the Jehovah Witness faith, and that Michael Jackson with Janet Jackson were at some point in their lives very active members of the Kingdom Hall assembly.

Does Jehovah Witness faith accommodates all these modern ideas, such as seen in the lifestyle, music and public image of Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson, their sibling and their offspring?

How have their lifestyles, their larger-than-life fame, power in the music industry and other sectors, position and influence impacted genuine Christianity or serving worldliness, while they are still Christians?

Venus and Serena Williams are unarguably world leading lawn tennis players who have dominated the scene for quite some time now, and are actively practicing Jehovah’s Witness members, who often thank Jehovah after winning matches.

Christians doctrinally give glory to God for successes in life, breakthroughs, and achievements, while we pray to Him in times of trouble.

One wonders aloud if the life of Serena Williams and Venus Williams has supported the Great Commission or projected them and Christianity in a bad light to the world through their private and public lives.

  1. S. President Donald Trump has ever been a popular man as a successful business mogul. The contest for the Presidency, and performance so far as the consummate U.S. President, has projected him as a crusader against Muslims, illegal immigrants, refugees, and a host of other institutions, even the Pope.

He openly support white supremacist, as against colored people, yet a Christian!

Between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton is ‘A Tale of Two Corinthians’ – he, wrongly referring to “two Corinthians” instead of “second Corinthians.”  The former Secretary of States getting it right in quoting “First Corinthians, 13, which happens to be one of my favorite passages”.

Which of the two Christians really gives more to the Gospel and the Great Commission evangelism than politics and business?  You be the judge!

From President Barrack Obama, the Christian U.S. President whose Christian faith evolved into signing same-sex marriage into law, to Prince Charles of England, leading light of the Church of England, whose biblical understanding of marriage permits divorce and questionable remarriage, is the failure for many so-called Christians to recognize their spiritual poverty.

The Laodicean message is a last-minute call by the Lord upon modern Christians and last-days believers to expose the folly of imagining that they are spiritually wealthy and in need of nothing, when they are actually wretched, miserable, poor, blind, lukewarm, and fit only to be spewed out of the mouth of Christ, as an object of loathing.

Lukewarm Christians are Laodiceans who, in their public lives, are neither hot nor cold for Christ and His true Church, and in their inner souls, too compromised to contend for the faith, and too lazy to seek urgent remedy for their spiritual malady.

Modern Christianity places her focus upon her material progress in prosperity, philanthropy, growing church membership, progressive church projects, constructions, crusade, and seminars.

However, all these material progresses are taking place at the expense of failing spiritual upliftment.

Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.

And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.

And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.” (1Co 13:1,2,3).

True love to God and man is a benevolent and charitable heart to obey and hearken to the commandments of God and treat fellow mankind the way you wil treat your very self.

How are those deluded who look for acceptance and reward for their good works, which are as scanty and defective as they are corrupt and selfish!

While modern Christians are getting on well on prosperity and the good life, their core state of moral power, core Christian virtues, biblical understanding and scriptural knowledge, sanctified life, and fulfillment of the Great Commission, are dwindling and falling apart. Whither then is the Christianity in the man?

The present age has been described as an age of scientific progress, human achievement, and tremendous advancements into new frontiers of technology.

Ours is a modern world, an age of moral and spiritual crisis, yes more and more people are trooping in en-mass into the churches, devoid of salvation.

This is the era of phenomenal increase in crime, war, and drug addiction, universal preoccupation with sex, nudity, homosexuality and gay life style.

There is general disregard for authority; there exist great social upheavals and racial strife all across the nations, and abysmal lack of moral understanding and concern.

We find ourselves living in an age analogous to the dark ages of the Judges when “every man did that which was right in his own eyes” (Jud 21:25).

The great apostasy of our day and the perilous times in which we live were foretold by the Apostle Paul as characterizing the last days:

This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof.” (II Tim 3:1-5).

It is a time when, even among professing Christians, being “accepted” by the group seems to be more important than being accepted by God and the distinction between the sacred and the secular is rapidly becoming more difficult to discern.

The need of the hour is for Christians to experience once more a personal encounter with the Holy Spirit, and to rediscover His blessed ministry in their lives.

The continuous indwelling of the Son with the Father was the secret of the Lord in gaining victory over the world.

Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise. For the Father loveth the Son, and sheweth him all things that himself doeth: and he will shew him greater works than these, that ye may marvel.”( oh 5:19,20).

When the soul surrenders itself to Christ, a new power takes possession of the new heart. A change is wrought, a supernatural work, bringing a supernatural element into human nature is done, which we can never accomplish by ourselves.

The soul that is yielded to Christ, becomes His own fortress, which He holds in a revolted world, and He intends that no authority shall be known in it but His own.

Therefore also now, saith the LORD, turn ye even to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning:

And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the LORD your God: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil.

Who knoweth if he will return and repent, and leave a blessing behind him; even a meat offering and a drink offering unto the LORD your God?” (Joe 2:12 -14).

Points to Ponder:

  1. Ponder about your professional, career, and business life. Does it glorify God or tarnishes the label of Christianity you adorn in public. Does your shrewdness, craftiness, acumen, and sagacity glorify god or dishonor Him.
  2. Ponder about your family or relationships. Is your wedding in line with Christian standards, your marriage fulfilling the purpose and plan of God, your spouse loved and beloved with care and faithfulness, and your children and home Godly, goodly, and Christianly?
  3. Is your life a channel of blessing to the vineyard of God and His sheepfold? Is the love of God flowing through you unto the saved and unsaved mankind, telling the lost about the love of the Savior, daily fulfilling the Great Commission, getting ready daily for the Rapture?

“And Samuel spake unto all the house of Israel, saying, If ye do return unto the LORD with all your hearts, then put away the strange gods and Ashtaroth from among you, and prepare your hearts unto the LORD, and serve him only: and he will deliver you out of the hand of the Philistines.

1Sa 7:4  Then the children of Israel did put away Baalim and Ashtaroth, and served the LORD only” .( 1Sa 7:3)

The proposal of Christ to Laodicea involves a complete union of the human with the divine as the only hope of victory in a sinful world.

Rev 3:19  As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.

Rev 3:20  Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

Rev 3:21  To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.

Rev 3:22  He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

The plea of Christ to you is for reconciliation, for union, for reunion, and for seamless communion with the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost unto eternal life.

It takes absolute faith in God to be truly brave and bold in this world.

Absolute assurance in God is real confidence, while a lack of faith in Him means a lack of power, leaving you exposed to danger, and making you feel insecure, helpless, weak, even unsure of yourself, and afraid to make the next move.

A man’s belief in God as his supernatural protector serves as a buffer from that man’s fear of all things in nature and in life.

Your belief in a heavenly inheritance through Jesus Christ makes you stronger and bolder to strive and go through life passing the “narrow way” without a fear of Satan, demons, enemies or even death.

Fear is as old as man himself.

Of all the diseases known to man in biblical days, leprosy was most dreaded because of its incurable and contagious character, and more so because of its horrible effect upon its victims, it filled the bravest of men with fear.

Fear is a painful response to physical and emotional danger, a response to acute stress, anger, angst, anxiety, fright, horror, joy, panic, and sadness.

There are so many situations and circumstances that we face or confronted with in life which makes us become fearfully cowered. Some of our fears are real, concrete, objective, and are thus Constructive fears.

Others are subjective, unreal, imaginary, and made-up, built up through our motions or emotions, or calculated by way of our momentary feelings and submissions, and are thus Imagined fears.

Because you think you might not know enough and could make mistakes, people sometimes become so paralyzed with the fear of making a wrong decision that they panic and lose sight of starting what they need to accomplish. Being hindered by fear, they end up doing nothing.

Feelings of inadequacy create the fear that leads to failure.

Self-confidence could only boost your ego, lift up the id, and massage your self-dependability. However, when we suffer feelings of inadequacy or failure, where can we put our confidence?

Self-confidence can wax and wane as we wade through life. No matter how lowly we may be, as depraved sinful men and women, the Lord is ever faithful and willing to deliver us out of every fear if we could call upon Him in faith at every time of time of distress.

How sad the religions of the world focus on giving forced and coerced reverence and worship to fearful gods, mindless deities, and devilish demons to explain creation and human existence.

Fear upon fear will always end up in fear. This is the reason the world is in fears most of the time. It is impossible to get peace in the world in any life or culture without the power and name of Jesus Christ, no matter how we try.

Life is war!

Living is a great battle if you want to be someone of note.

Life is full of conflicts that must be won, if one is to live well here, and gain the glorious eternal heritage.

Despite the daunting challenges and recurring difficulties in life, the future yields, more so always, to the brave, to the bold, and to all people of righteous faith who must contend for the Truth once delivered to the saints.

The future yields to the brave and bold man, woman, boy or girl:

  1. Who refuses to settle for business as usual!
  2. Who has consecrated himself to run to the battle of The Lord!
  3. Who has put on the whole armor of Christ to confront evil in its many forms, and refute all the works of the devil in its various permutations!
  4. Who has resolutely committed himself, through prayer and entire sanctification, to the Way of The Cross!
  5. Who has the singular focus to make Heaven when this life finally ends!

The future yields to the brave and bold Christian:

  1. To receive genuine salvation, holy sanctification, and enduement of Holy Ghost power, not for show-off but to enlist as soldiers for Christ,
  2. To so live, preach, and capture prisoners from Satan and his evil enclave into the Kingdom of God,
  3. To earnestly contend for the faith once delivered to the saints, without giving room to any form of heresy and false doctrine.
  4. To boldly live for Christ, and only for Christ, solely for Truth, in this evil world, never mind the persecution, affliction, tests and trials, and all sorts of antagonism from Satan and the world.
  5. To vehemently fight in truth and spirit to fulfill the Great Commission, win the world for Jesus Christ the King, and receive the Savior’s “Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

The best days of your life still lies ahead, but you must need hold fast to fulfill the dream and gain the glory.

Satan will not just get away from detracting, deceiving, assailing, and beguiling you from attaining the great future of Christ’s calling and commission, but you must hold fast your godly vision to attain the holy mission.

Let him that thinks he stands high take heed and be brave unto the Lord in the day of temptation and in times of peace, because the enemy is prowling here and there like a roaring lion seeking for who to devour.

The key to gaining self-control is yielding control of the self to the control of the Holy Spirit.

When you yield your entire self in spirit, body and soul to the guide and direction of the Holy Ghost, your life is so transformed and wholly redeemed that the great future and its glorious heritage is yielded unto you!

God is Love!

“Beloved, let us love one another:

For love is of God;

And every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.

He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.” (1Jn 4:7,8).

Love is not a mere warm feeling as many people in the world often term it to be.

Love is an attitude or disposition that reveals itself in our attitude, action and disposition towards other people, such as an intimate partner, parents or siblings, friends, colleagues, acquaintances or outright strangers.

God is the Source of life, and He is also the Basis of human love, therefore it is impossible to truly love or be in true and genuine loving relationship without first loving God and having true relationship with Him.

This is a very serious departure from the way the world and people of the world prefers to love. By human nature, we love someone because they fulfil a required condition or meet a need or standard in our life.

By the nature of man, our intense affection for another person is based on the fulfilment of some conditions by the other party.

This implies that humans in general love conditionally. Someone has to meet or fulfil an expected circumstance before we can love them.

I love you because you love me and understand me, because you support me and assist me, because you trust me and refuse to doubt me. I love you because you make me feel good whenever we are together.

I may also love you just for who you are, what you mean to me, and because of a lot of reasons that makes me accept and appreciate you.

The Bible speaks very much about God and His great love for mankind, despite our great shortcomings. As the Creator and Maker of man and his universe or environment, God is also the true embodiment of life and love.

As the standard of truth and the full measure of love, God’s love for man is without condition.

He loves man to give him every good thing essential for his joy and happiness in the Garden of Eden. It was out of love that he created man with a freedom of choice, rather than give him an existence like a zombie’s.

When man misused his freedom of choice, and fell into sin, God drove sinful and fallen Adam and Eve from Paradise.

Nevertheless, out of immeasurable love, God also created alternative plan to save the world and redeem humanity from iniquity, back into His marvellous love and light.

God loved man so much as to sacrifice His only begotten Son for us. Our God is LOVE in person, and not just TRUTH and WORD personified.

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (Joh 3:16).

Jesus Christ is also our perfect example of what it means to love.

According to Christ, “A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.” (Joh 13:34,35).

Love ideally is a strong feeling of affection with emotion and concern, between husband and wife, between parents and their offspring, between friends and close acquaintances, and between faithful believers and God.

All the people who taste of the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ on the cross do not remain the same any more, but are regenerated and reformed to become sons and daughters of God.

Such people are called out of sinful life into holiness. They stopped living the life of sinfulness and iniquity and begin to live a new life of righteousness by the grace of God.

This spiritual transformation through the death and resurrection of Christ makes the erstwhile sinner, who now has a current experience of salvation, become a genuine Christian, member of the body of Christ popularly called the church.

“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” (2Co 5:17).

A wonderful feature and characteristic of genuine Christians and all true believers in Christ is the ability to have the love-nature of God in them. As transformed children of God, genuine Christians are endowed to manifest practical love amongst the brethren and towards unbelievers.

Genuine Christians have the capacity to love the very way The Lord command us to love. Such kind love goes beyond all the boundaries of race, status, nationality, age, culture and tribe.  “As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love.” “This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.” (Joh 15:9,12).

Such love will not only bring unbelievers to Christ, but it will also keep believers strong and united in this hostile world.

While this kind of love and loving remains a mystery to the sinful world and material men and women, it is, nevertheless, the expected standard of true love.

God’s love is unconditional.

God’s love is sacrificial.

God’s love is eternal

God’s love is enduring.

Jesus Christ stirred up the hearts of believers to practically get into the life of loving one another selflessly, unconditionally, and wholeheartedly. It is practiced and lived out of goodwill, confidence, and mutual trust and understanding.

On the other hand, worldly love is selfish, suspicious, envious, and demonstrated in malice and much untruth.

Valentine Day’s celebrations are lustful, sensual, and sentimental, with reveling and party spirits.

Valentine Day celebration of love reminds me of a Reader’s Digest story: – “When I was growing up, there was a saucepan in our house with a lid that did not fit rightly. When steam began to rise, the lid would shake, rattle, and make a terrible noise.

Of course, the lid was doing no good. In fact, it was allowing the steam to escape, but it made quite a racket and impressed you as being very busy and very important.”

Valentine Day’s celebration of love makes so much noise every February 14, but has little or no bearing to true love, genuine affection, or godly marital relationship.

Attempts to place sexual lust and sinful orgies on the pedestal of love can never meet the principles for which God created man and woman.

Christianity is all about coming to Christ and becoming a new creature by His transforming power.
This is a realistic and yet mysterious wonderful experience by which a hitherto sinful man or woman, youth or reasoning child, is brought into meaningful and real fellowship with God.

Jesus Christ declares,
“Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.”

Religious people attend masses and services in the churches of the world.
Only genuine Christians would be Raptured with Christ at the end.

Circumcision of the heart, body, soul, and spirit is the solemn pledge and covenant of the Christian to his God.

He consecrates his life to serve God at all cost throughout his life until he dies for Him at his duty post.

“Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.” (Lev 18:22).

Should your homosexual orientation be the Isaac you could not give up for God?

To run riot of your sexual orientation and sin against God might get the approval of the government and blessings of your community, but definitely, voice populi voice Dei does not change the laws and standards of God for His faithful children.
“Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; But he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.” (Mat 7:21)

Though Christianity has been misconstrued and misunderstood by the world and people who would like to satisfy their selfish goals, it is serious contradiction to the Word of God as well as the life and teachings of Jesus for any homosexual or anyone in the LGBT lifestyle to claim to be a Christian.

Know thyself!

Your best moment of clarity, genuine excitement, and passionate living for a true purpose comes when you truly discover yourself, and know your real reason for living.

Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God’s elect, and the acknowledging of the truth … which is committed unto me.

Converted on the road to Damascus while on his way to persecute Christians, Paul became one of the most faithful and dedicated Apostle of Jesus Christ. Apostle Paul was so committed and consecrated to his divine encounter with risen and resurrected Christ that he vigorous contended for the gospel once delivered unto the Apostles.

In his creative life after conversion into Christianity, Apostle Paul defended the creative word of God in the Bible as the power of the Gospel which leads unto the salvation of everyone that believes.

How do you describe yourself?

What is your calling in life?

How were you called, by revelation, instinct or intuition, through a mentor’s guidance, or by the Ouija box?

Why were you called unto that line, career, or profession?

The moment you make the vital discovery of your true self is your moment of creative living. That is the time of highly effective solutions that turns your life around and make it smarter, better, and more meaningful than it ever was, as enunciated here:

https://www.scribd.com/doc/270355773/Wake-Up-the-Creativity-in-You

One vital thread that is common among genius and high-achieving personalities is that they seem to be more open than most other people are! The world has the habit of making room for the man whose words and actions show that he knows where he is going, spending time and sharing with vital people who would make him stronger and better.

Sadly, great achievement does not guarantee happiness. Essential creativity, great customers, and wonderful admirers do not just fill your heart with happiness; they may get you what you want, but lasting happiness comes from within. Many of history’s most celebrated creative geniuses were mentally ill at one point or the other.

How do you get it?

The scarlet Thread of Redemption runs through the entire Bible, only genuinely creative people in the Godly sense, and definitely not in the worldly sense, notice it, tie it to their loins as they pass through the narrow gate to the Kingdom of God. Such people are more creative about life and living in the very true sense, and in the most vital aspects and ways than very, very, many other people are!

Creative living, on the part of man in his society, is the right and the freedom to pursue a variety of courses towards the solution of problems within his environment, and the right to chase ideas and agendas that are his inalienable right, and are legal, though they may differ from the common trend.

Creativity is a highly developed move to prove that a new way, a better method, or an advanced approach is possible, realistic, and superior to the former.

The New Testament is far superior to the Old. The creativity of the New Testament grace was amplified in the failure of the Old Testament laws and legalism, bondage, rituals and rites, and ceremonies, which leads to death.

The New Testament is creative in that it brings bundles of joy with redemption through the atoning blood of Jesus Christ, granting all believers freedom from Satan and sin, providing freedom while giving truly fulfilled life here and hereafter.

The power of redemption is the power of creation, because redemption is the transformation of sinful man into true holiness and righteousness by God, through genuine salvation in Christ Jesus. This is the only way for any man to get back to God, and to truly regain his lost authority and dominion that was stolen by Satan and sin.

“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” (2Co 5:17). There never can be any better creativity in the life of any man than his salvation, his redemption from sinfulness into full redemption with Christ.

Christianity actually began in the Garden of Eden when God promised a Messiah to redeem fallen mankind. Judaism was a shadow, means of worshiping God to keep God’s Plan of Redemption and the coming Messiah in focus.

Just like in the world, the children of Israel, deluded, deceived by sheer religion, hold on to the shadow, and rejected the Substance – the promised Messiah and His teachings – Christianity.

The Twelve Apostles and early disciples were uneducated men and women who patiently and thoroughly learned and follow the way and truth of God. They were not religious, not refined in letters, with peculiar faults and personal challenges, just like anyone else, yet turned out the best tools and personnel for The Christ.

They were neither scribes nor Pharisees, not scholars nor rabbis, but became genius and experts through the training and touch of the Master. Awakened creativity in man!

In The Great Commission, twelve Apostles, few other disciples, and the Holy Spirit, spread and fostered the embers of Christianity from Jerusalem to Judea, to Samaria, and to the uttermost part of the world. Is there a greater creativity than this?

The Apostles were able to apply God’s grace, rather than might or carnal knowledge, to fan the flames of the Gospel successfully, which would spread across the face of the earth, and continue to burn bright and glow brilliantly throughout the centuries until this very day.

You could discover your imperfections and frailty through self-realization and soul-searching. Biblical faith and Bible study reveals the ultimate truth about life and hereafter to anyone bold enough to believe in God and trust His words. This is a lifetime achievement beyond the diplomas, the awards, championships, business success or inventions. It guarantees an inheritance safely kept in Heaven for you by God.

You can only live this life once, and then comes death and judgment.

Faith in God is the essential key to life’s true and thorough ingenuity and creativity. Your hope in God gives you the confidence to face life’s incongruous uncertainties.

You could always wither the storms of life and gloriously enter in the other side if you hinge your faith in God rather than man and all other human creativity.

I know my Heavenly Father knows the storms that would oppose my way;

But, He can drive away the clouds, and turn my darkness into day.

To know my Lord is to love Him

To love my God is to do His will,

To do His will always, is absolute creativity.

Awake, awake, please awake, God’s creativity in me!
